The 4 day immersion is a deep dive into Forest Path rituals; opening 3 nights of Forest Path Ayahuasca Ceremonies followed by a full day of integration and relaxation by the beautiful Lake Atitlán. Each night will have a different focus of works and directions, the final day will be a celebration of Jaya’s hinario. We are honoured to invite our dear sister and mentor Ananda to hold space for ceremony supported by Keenan and Stef of our Forest Path family team.

Ananda holds Ayahuasca Ceremonies in a Shipibo style setting, meaning it’s held in the dark and predominantly guided by Icaros (tribal prayers) and held with Arcanas (protective shields). After several hours of Icaros, which are accompanied mostly by the sound of the Shacapa (leaf bundle), there is a transition to medicine music, which will often be accompanied by the guitar and sometimes other western instruments. Ceremony usually lasts 6 to 8 hours after which we will share a light meal before sleeping in the Temple.
