April 10-15, 2025

Location: Casa Floresta, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

“True contemplation comes from silence and leaves one in silence.”

5 day Silent Meditation Retreat at Casa Floresta, Lake Atitlán, Guatemala

For all levels, beginner and seasoned practitioners alike, these silent meditation retreats with Jaya offer a deep immersion into the non-dual qualities of your being: Silence, Stillness, and Spaciousness.

These meetings are an ongoing exploration and discovery into the nature of awakening, the way of realisation and the essence of contemplative life.

Each day includes 3-4 formal sitting and walking meditation sessions; daily discourse and instruction on the teachings, followed by an open dialogue for questions and reflection.

What to Expect in this 5 day Meditation Intensive in Guatemala…

The retreat is not simply about meditation and mindfulness for health, well-being, or self-improvement. Rather, it is a direct invitation to awaken to reality as it is and to realise the freedom of one’s True Being.

This retreat is also for those seeking to immerse, deepen, and cultivate meditation as a foundation for daily life, ceremonial grounding, and integration.

“When everything we rely on externally—social status, material possessions, validation—inevitably topples and falls, we are forced to confront a deeper truth that the foundations of true peace, freedom, and happiness all lie within. This is the inner being that remains unshaken, regardless of the turbulence or instability of external circumstances. True freedom is found when we are no longer bound by the world’s ever-changing tides, but grounded in the stillness of our own essential nature.”
