Become an Instrument of Illumination on this voyage as we deepen our Forest Path studies, discovering much-loved rituals and new works presented in the year leading up to the retreat.
— Join us for a 8-day intensive sacred medicine retreat in the high Andes mountains of Southern Peru every August. Our ILLUMINATION retreat features 3 Forest Path Ayahuasca Ceremonies, 1 Huachuma (San Pedro Cactus) hikes, Andean Despachio Ceremony, Herbal Plant Baths, Temezcal, Meditation, movement and wisdom classes, guest musicians and sound healing sessions with our masterful friends and teachers in Peru.
*Please note that due to a high number of applications, we generally ask that you have been with us in some capacity previously and are familiar with our ceremonial work and tradition. If you have not attended the Sound Ceremony 100hr Initiation course or participated in our temple rituals before, please write to us stating your intention to join and go through our screening and intake process.
Our retreats fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your place as early as possible.

Over the course of 10 days in the beautiful sanctuary of Munay Sonoq nestled and held in the powerful Apus mountains, I found myself engulfed in ceremony, prayer, meditation, song, and deep moments of connection. It is so easy to forget our true nature in the humdrum of everyday life but if we allow ourselves to return home to this universe’s inherent divinity and love a remembrance happens and this remembrance is sacred.
The teachings, songs, and prayers of the Forest Path weave a container for this remembrance to take place in all forms. This experience transformed something deep in my being and the healing that took place has shown itself in so many ways. My life before and after the retreat is almost unrecognizable in terms of relationships, finances, perspective, etc. The offerings of the Forest Path are precious indeed. I will forever hold this unparalleled time close to my heart.”
