Non-duality that does not include duality is not non-dual.

It is both ways, both and, not either or.

Separating the profound from the profane is missing the profound in the profane.

The path is one. It does not end when you end. It does not end when you close the door to your seat in the bathroom, or when you go to work, scroll down the screen or find yourself in traffic; when you are frustrated, doubtful, driven, sad, angry or excited.

For that is it also.

Just as the ground always holds you. Just as the breath chooses you. You do not choose. You do not choose what is here and what is not here. It is all shining bright by itself. Even the darkness has a great luminous quality.

Step back from the polarisation of phenomena and know the One Being. The One Being is the One being the many. The One being the many is the many being the One. 

It is unified, it is whole, and it is complete from all angles. In all opposites, it sits and at the heart of opposites is but one reality.
